For more info - http://bit.ly/dPXchMIn this tutorial, Dubspot Instructor and Mixing & Mastering engineer Daniel Wyatt explains and demonstrates how to compress dubstep wobble bass in Ableton Live, using the LA-2A convolution compressor the URS Classic Console Strip Pro.
Wyatt takes a low end heavy track produced by Dubspot Instructor DJ Shiftee, and applies a compressor (Opto2A) which has some tube harmonics and gives a focused energy to the bass.
